Overview & acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services, Chrome extensions, websites, and related tools operated by Niken Tools ("we," "us," or "our"), including:

• Niken Visa Scheduler (CGI Portal) — Chrome extension for US visa appointment automation
• Niken Visa Scheduler (AIS Portal) — Chrome extension for US visa appointment automation
• ShiftSniper — Chrome extension for Amazon warehouse shift automation
• This website and any associated backend services

By installing any Niken Tools extension, creating an account, or using any part of our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users regardless of location, including users in Canada, the United States, and any other jurisdiction.

Data we collect & privacy

We collect the minimum needed to run the service. Specifically:

• Email address — collected when you register for a trial or purchase a premium plan. Used solely for license verification, trial management, and service-related communication.
• Extension ID — used to verify requests come from a legitimate installed extension. Security and fraud prevention only.
• Usage logs — anonymous activity records (slots checked, errors encountered) used to improve reliability. No personally identifiable information is included.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or process your card number or banking details.

Data we do NOT collect: passwords or authentication tokens for any third-party portal; browsing history outside the specific portal pages our extensions operate on; personal identification documents or passport information; location data; any data from other websites.

Retention & deletion: your email and license status are kept while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing harshil.hub@gmail.com; associated personal data is removed within 30 days.

Sharing: we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared only as required by law or as necessary to operate the service (Stripe for payments, Groq for AI CAPTCHA solving in ShiftSniper).

How our extensions work

Niken Tools extensions are automation tools that operate inside your Chrome browser. By using them, you acknowledge and accept that:

• They interact with third-party websites (CGI Federal, AIS, Amazon Jobs) on your behalf, using your existing logged-in session.
• They perform automated actions such as checking for available slots or shifts and submitting bookings or applications.
• We do not guarantee that any slot, appointment, or shift will be obtained. Availability depends entirely on the third-party portal.
• Portals may change their interface, security measures, or terms at any time, which may affect functionality without notice.
• We make no warranty that the extensions will operate without interruption, error, or downtime.

Payment & refund policy

All payments for premium plans are processed securely through Stripe.

By completing a purchase you expressly agree that:

• No refunds for change of mind. Deciding you no longer want the service does not entitle you to a refund.
• No refunds for inability to use. Technical issues on your device, browser incompatibility, or portal changes do not entitle you to a refund.
• No refunds for unsuccessful outcomes. We provide automation tools — we do not guarantee results. Failure to secure an appointment or shift does not entitle you to a refund.
• No refunds on termination. Accounts terminated for violating these Terms forfeit all fees paid.
• No refunds for partial use. No pro-rata refunds for unused subscription time.
• No chargebacks. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback violates these Terms and may result in immediate termination and referral for collection.

If you believe there has been a genuine billing error (for example a duplicate charge), contact harshil.hub@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge with your transaction ID. Verified billing errors will be corrected at our sole discretion.

Pricing may change at any time; changes do not affect subscription periods already paid for.

Disclaimer of liability

Our extensions and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niken Tools shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or other intangible losses
• Failure of an extension to secure a visa appointment or Amazon shift
• Consequences of third-party portals changing systems, blocking automation, or suspending your account
• Interruptions caused by events beyond our control — server outages, network failures, or force majeure
• Any immigration, legal, or employment consequence arising from your use of our extensions
• Loss of any appointment, job opportunity, or income resulting from extension malfunction

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Third-party services

Our extensions interact with or rely on the following third-party services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any of them:

• CGI Federal — US visa appointment portal. No affiliation with CGI Federal or the US Department of State.
• AIS portal — US visa scheduling portal. No affiliation with AIS or any immigration authority.
• Amazon Jobs — Amazon warehouse hiring portal. No affiliation with Amazon.com, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
• Stripe — payment processing, under Stripe's privacy policy.
• Groq — AI CAPTCHA solving in ShiftSniper, under Groq's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — website typography, under Google's privacy policy.

All trademarks and company names mentioned are the property of their respective owners. Niken Tools claims no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by Amazon, CGI Federal, the US Department of State, or any other third party.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share premium access with people who have not paid for their own license
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any extension
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the service
• Use multiple accounts to circumvent trial limits or license restrictions
• Attempt unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or infrastructure
• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our systems

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund and, where applicable, legal action.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to any Niken Tools service at any time and for any reason, including:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Abuse of trial periods or license sharing
• Initiation of an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute
• Activity suggesting fraud or misuse
• Discontinuation of the service, with or without notice

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. No refund is issued for any unused portion of a subscription. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension; cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page changes.

Continued use of any Niken Tools extension or service after a modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revision, stop using the service and uninstall all extensions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically — we recommend checking whenever you update an extension or renew a subscription.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication. We make no guarantee of resolution of any dispute.
